SHIPPING

Italy: Always free shipping throughout Italy.

European Union: €5 shipping fee – Free for orders of €180 or more (Note: due to new European packaging regulations (PPWR), some European destinations are currently unavailable and cannot be selected at checkout).

United Kingdom: €15 shipping fee – Please note that only orders over £135 are accepted for UK shipments. Customs duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world: cost calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

Shipping is handled via tracked courier.

Delivery times:

• Italy: 5/7 business days
• Europe: 7/12 business days

Times may vary depending on location and periods of high courier volume (excluding strikes or force majeure).

• RETURNS

You have up to 14 days from delivery to make a return.

You can choose between:
• Return using our service for €5 (Italy only: pickup or Post Office drop-off point, simple and assisted)
• Autonomous return with no management fees (shipping costs borne by the customer)

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
