Undoubtedly the most famous and important Mexican painter of the twentieth century, Frida Kahlo thanks to her surrealist paintings and her famous self-portraits that often take their cue from the tragic events of her life and has certainly become an icon of our time.

Frida Kahlo made 150 works, mostly self-portraits. The artist died in 1954 in Mexico City.
